I hereby authorize the repair of my vehicle. I agree that IDent is not responsible for loss or damage to this vehicle and/or articles left in the vehicle, due to fire, theft, any additional weather-related damage/claims, or any other cause beyond its control. I hereby grant IDent employees permission to operate the vehicle on streets, highways, or elsewhere for the purpose of testing, inspection, detail/wash, pickup and delivery. Further, I acknowledge that if closer analysis reveals additional repairs are necessary, either I or my insurance company will be contacted for authorization of any additional repair charges. If new parts listed in the insurance estimate are not available or if my deductible is being waived, I authorize IDent to repair such damaged parts instead of replacing the new parts listed on the insurance estimate. Old parts will be thrown away unless otherwise instructed. I authorize IDent to manufacture access to dents that may not be accessible due to their location on the vehicle. The total amount of the repair charges must be paid before the vehicle can be released for delivery. If insurance coverage pays either a portion of or the total amount due, I acknowledge that the insurance check/draft must be obtained by me or sent in advance by the insurance company. I also acknowledge that I must make arrangements with any lien holder or other payees to endorse the insurance check/draft prior to the release of the repaired vehicle and/or get check reissued directly to iDent. I authorize any and all insurance checks/drafts payable directly to IDent for the consideration of repairs made to the vehicle. I hereby authorize IDent to act as power of attorney to sign for or endorse any checks and/or drafts made payable to me and anyone listed on my insurance policy any release thereto, as settlement for my claim for damage to this vehicle. All returned checks are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. We accept Insurance Checks, Cash, and accept debit/credit cards. If a credit card is your only means of payment, then a 3.5% administration fee will be added to the total balance.

IDent is not responsible for prior damage listed on the vehicle diagram. I am the person or an agent acting on behalf of the person who is obligated to pay for the repairs. I understand that this vehicle is subject to repossession in accordance with State and Municipal business and commerce code if a check/money order for repairs on the vehicle is stopped, dishonored because of insufficient funds, no funds, or because the drawer or maker of the check/money order has no account or account on which it is drawn has closed. If I decide to pick up my vehicle before repairs are completed/ pull my vehicle out of facility before its approved and/or repairs are started I Agree to pay iDent fees due for work that has been completed, this includes Admin fee, storage fee, tow fee, rental fee, R&I fee, before my vehicle is released.

I agree to pay the amount that is due to iDent for the work done and/or any fees due from estimates, admin work and/or if applicable, a rental vehicle, any other fees due before my vehicle is returned and/or released.

I have read, agree, and understand the above statement. I further agree to pay reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs in the event that legal action becomes necessary to enforce this contract.
